Flex Fitness Owner
Hello! My name is Ashley Aylsworth, owner of Flex Fitness.

My passion for health and fitness started years ago when I was a kid. I grew up in a small town in Northeast Iowa and there wasn't a lot to do except play sports. After high school I attended a community college and then transferred to Upper Iowa University.
While attending UIU I found my true passion for fitness through some of my own personal fitness goals. I also started working at a local Anytime Fitness as a manager and worked at UIU Rec Center as a personal trainer. Through years of helping others reach and achieve big milestone goals I knew I wanted to continue to share that passion and excitement with others.
When I moved to Tama in 2017 I became a member at a local gym and it was clear that there was a need for a hometown local and affordable gym. I know personally how it feels to truly be changed by achieving a healthier lifestyle through fitness and nutrition. I hope share my knowledge to members at Flex Fitness and help everyone feel the best physically and mentally as possible. My goal is to offer the opportunity for better health for all families, at an inviting, knowledgeable, caring, and affordable gym through various styles of classes and equipment.

There are so many reasons why a personal trainer is essential to achieving your fitness goals, whether they be weight loss based, sport-driven, or for athletic performance purposes, here are a few reasons why you should have a personal trainer for the benefits you are likely to achieve:



PERSONAL TRAINING IS EDUCATIONAL
One of the primary reasons that someone should have a personal trainer is that they can help you achieve proper form, and fit your personal goals to the best training program for you. Education is also essential to reducing the risk of injury.
8 Sessions: $175
PERSONAL TRAINERS HELP YOU WITH YOUR UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS
Every body is different, and that means everyone's abilities and requirements are different when it comes to exercise. A personal trainer's experience and knowledge can make a huge difference to your training program.
10 Sessions: $200
PERSONAL TRAINERSÂ HELP YOU SET REALISTIC GOALS
You will be able to reach your goals (if you put in the effort, of course) but we can help you hit your goals. It's about altering your diet to eat the correct healthful foods, mixing cardio and weights to work the right muscles, and setting a time frame in which this can be achieved.
